It has a stopper for increased comfort and to prevent any injury.I really liked it and you feel like do exercise in your comfort, space and time. Ab rollers are great accompaniment to a gym routine, exercising anterior and posterior abdominal muscles in a simple motion. There are plenty of good value ab rollers on the market so why buy this one?It is well made and is strong enough to cope with the stress and strains when using the device. It comes with a very comfortable knee pad. The "door stop", when not being used to keeps doors ajar, is very effective at setting the length of ab roll and stays put on carpet. It also comes with a full colour double-sized instruction leaflet that is packed with good advice to help you get going with the exercise and avoid this being yet another piece of exercise equipment gathering dust in the spare room.

Product arrived fast and packed very well , I have been shopping on Amazon for a long time but this was great service indeed . Product very easy to assemble and sturdy , handles soft enough so not to hurt your hands whilst griping tightly.I'm by no means an expert and have only been using a short time but staring to feel the benefits of using this wheel and quite excited to progress gradually . I've tried cardio alone and abs alone with limited success but I'm sure this wheel will yield the results I hope for , would use this seller again for sure .Will update review in a few weeks with progress

Good quality at a reasonable price, I wanted to try the ab roller and it is a nice addition to ab exercises, however, it is not essential and certainly I can see not everyone is going to get on with this. I use it at home in between gym sessions as well as general ab exercises.

A good, solid Ab Wheel. Comfortable foam handles, metal rod through the middle, strong sturdy plastic wheels. Feels very secure (I'm 72kg)Only complaint is the width of the handles. I've already taken a chunk of skin out of my thumb knuckle where it came into contact with a wheel "spoke". I have quite small hands too.

Progressing from the plank to these was an experience.The wheel works fine but I wish the handles were longer since my fingers sometimes clip the inside - also avoid dirty floors since these things also function as a hoover.

I couldn't believe how hard this works your abs. Don't overdo it, this thing is serious. Also worth making sure you check out some videos on how to use it properly so you don't injure yourself. But when you do it right, damn! Great workout.

Really good. Just the space between the wheels is a little bit weird when you use it at the beginning
