I was quite cautious when I bought these as I thought they would shrivel, burn or simply disintergrate after a couple of uses. I have a four burner grill and these sit straight on the grill bed and cover the complete grill. A quick coating of olive oil, that is my choice, you could use sunflower or any other type of oil, and you are good to go. The first thing I noticed was that the meat retained the moisture. It was not dried out and if the meat was marinaded you are able to pour the remainder of the marinade over the meat as you grill and it sits on the mat around the meat.I have had many people wonder what the mats are when I am cooking and are amazed at the quality of the cooking. Everyone, without exception, has now ordered a set ot these. As a guide they are large enough to cook around 40 chicken drumsticks on.The next day I wipe the oil from the meat that has stayed on the mat up with kitchen paper and then wash the mats, either by hand or put them in the dishwasher. The grill remains remarkably clean and only takes about 1 hour to get it back to 1st class condition ready for the next BBQ.A quality product. Don't hestitate to but these

Need more time to test them but they are substantial and should do the job.

Have briefly tried grill mat out but not at any great length due to bad weather .first impressions is that it is a great bit of kit ,cleaned up well as instructions says it does. Can't wait to use again when weather improves. Definitely would recommend not to have heat up high in fact lower the better.

Good quality mat that works perfectly with low fat food like chicken, but when I cooked the burgers the fat that accumulated spilled over the edge and caused a fat fire which damaged the mat. I will use the second mat for just non fatty food and remove for anything else and see how it goes. Can't help feeling a little disappointed.

Great idea and a piece of kitchen magic. Works very well in the oven and the BBQ cooking is much better, just follow the instruction for using it. Love the contact from the seller with the menus etc great service.

Build up of oil stuck to the film still after dishwashing...still better than cleaning the barby :-/

Delighted with the grill mats. They do exactly what it says on the tin. No nasty cleaning after a BBQ

put in dishwasher and came out really manky, then had to soak in hot water for a few hours and washed it by hand. I don't really rate this product although it did keep my grill clean.
