This is is a tea I can drink everyday, the taste is good. I put a little honey in it and it is as good or better than my earl grey.

My husband tried this tea after researching a natural way to help his lungs and helping him breath better without having to rest after an activity. To say the least, it worked wonders for him and for myself. It only took a few days to notice the differences. I would weez so badly at night it would wake me up. the price is rather high but being it works for the both of us its worth it.
