5x Saxton 150mm Reciprocating Sabre Saw Metal Blades R622BF fits Bosch, Dewalt Makita

Good blades. Capable of cutting out an old metal water tank from my loft. It was a tough job and I used 4 of the blades but they done the job they were supposed to.

I bought these to use with a new 10.8v reciprocating saw from Makita. I bought the saw as bear bones kit (no battery or charger) because I already had these from the drill set. The saw description made no reference to the unit coming with blades, but it did. It came with a wood and a metal blade made by Makita. Having tried the Saxton blades and the Makita blades on the same job, I'd have to say that I think the Makita blades are better. It's not so much that these blades are bad, it's just that the Makita ones seem to do a better job!

Did what they are meant to do - just metalNot sure if better or worse than others, new saw so nothing to compare toMade easy work of a trailer jockey wheel shaft though

I'm quite happy with these. I've not used them on anything heavier than 3mm thick but they're well capable of car body, exhaust, box section, pallets where you're going to cut through nails . I actually cut well into a chassis when testing the quality of them , but I wouldn't want to do it too often

great little blades i use to break pallets up. good buy for small jobs but do not have the strength to kill very hard substances.

I wish it were a bit longer!A compromise tpi which can cut through plastics, metal and SMALL depths of wood. Provides a nice fine cut in wood.

Does the job I wanted at a fair price

Good assortment of blades with quite a good sharp edge to them they last quite a long time. Idea for you reciprocating saw
