I was very happy with the product. Hoover, after 4 months of little use (one a week after my week-end run) one of the side handle disabled and the roller can no longer be used.

I don't normally use things like massagers or get massages, if I have aches and pains whether from my work outs or just from life in general, then a hot shower and muscle rub is my way of dealing with it.However I was told about this device, thingy that one of the guys at the gym had been using after his leg day workout. After a short period of laughter and curiosity I decided to find out about it.I bought a Muscle Massager roller by Peak Pulse, the massager is a little like a rolling pin with a handle either end, but the centre section is separate and rolls freely as you move it up and down over your muscles. The centre section is the main working part, this has 1 large ridge at either end and 4 smaller knuckle like ridges In the Centre, these give the muscles a deep and stretching feeling as the roller is moved over them.I have now started not only using my roller after every workout on my Legs, back and even on my arms, I have also started showing my roller off to everyone that will listen.If you suffer after an intensive leg workout then this could definitely be for you. ( but still have the hot shower / bath as well ).

Inside the box includes the massage roller covered in plastic.First UseThe first thing I noticed about the roller is the weight of it – You can tell this product has been made with care, from high quality materials. As a result, it feels extremely premium. The roller is aesthetically pleasing; the colour scheme is simple yet effective. There were no instructions included; however, it is obvious how to use it.Putting it through its pacesAfter numerous uses, the roller did not deteriorate in performance. I was very impressed at how consistent it was and how easy it was to use. The roller was effective and I really felt a difference in my legs when using the roller, after a hard leg workout at the gym.ConclusionOverall a fantastic, unique roller. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Highly Recommended!

Everything I asked for, in a tidy package.The product is very compact: I keep it in my car boot and it takes up almost no space and is so light weight you could store it in your gym bag and wouldn't even notice it. In terms of usage it is pretty straight forward: roll it on sore muscles for some instant relief. If you have really damaged you muscle then this product won't repair it instantly but with repeated use it will ease the pain momentarily and help speed up the healing process.Couldn't ask for much more, especially at the price.

I revived this product at a discount price for my honesty review. To be honest I didn't think this would be capable of dealing with leg pain and deep tissue pain but I have been surprised hugely and it's a great relief to muscle pain I personally suffer with some miner leg aches and after using this for a few minutes I've noticed significant relief. This is a great item for quick relief and I'd definitely recommend this to friends and family members.

Great Massage Roller perfect for muscle pain after hard workout!Having used the PeakPulse foam roller this is a great addition.The foam part of the roller spins smoothly and the foam is very firm as required enables you to roll yourself from the front and back.Packaging is great, comes in a tube so minimal waste no assembly required.I have had this product for a week now and thoroughly enjoy using it for post workouts for a faster recovery.Excellent design highly recommended!
