Worked well then stopped!

We purchased a new charger for our children’s tractor. It worked for a few weeks and we were very happy. It has since stopped working. No lights. Not charging. Nothing. We have tried it on various sockets yet it still does not charge either the original battery or the new battery we purchased. Frustrating. My return window has now closed so this is the only way I can advise of my disappointment.
