Q: Can you use it to clean windows

Yes! Dilute it down with water first (I fill up my 1/2 sink every morning so that I have a supply throughout the day and clean down all kitchen surfaces plus the living areas) and just use a tightly wrung-out microfibre cloth on your window, I then go over it with a window cloth to make sure there are no streaks. It's particularly good at getting rid of fly marks in the summer, and helps as a deterrent too.

Q: I want to use this as a diffiser with reeds.. Do you use it neat or mix with water?

You can use it neat, either way the smell isn't really noticeable as a reed diffuser.

I think all ionisers recommend not using any perfume etc.

I don't supose it matters if a spray bottle is used,as long as its diluted,1 capful to 400mil of water.
