We were looking for something my spouse could use one handed in case of emergencies. They may not be the tightest but they are easily carried in their pocket while they are working.

These are what I call a "leap of faith purchase" - I could understand how they could possibly work, but the price point was right and my patients deserved a less painful alternative to traditional tourniquets. I literally just got them and finally figured out how they work.My only feedback for the manufacturer is to include instructions for use in the package - I had to refer back to the webpage because I couldn't figure it out; I was completely overthinking it, but wow, once I got it, I couldn't believe how simple and effective they are. Regardless of your needs, if you require an item like this, I highly recommend it.

These are so much kinder to skin than the elastic style tourniquets that come in the IV start kits. I like that I can tighten these to the max without causing as much discomfort. The button is nice because you can use it to loosen the tourniquet or fully release the tourniquet. I get lots of compliments on these tourniquets.

I was not inspecting the bands to be this nice and easy to use :). I am happy with this purchase, I recommend this product.

I think it works great and my patients like it better than the rubber band on their skin.
