Product arrived the next day as expected, my tipping point for choosing it over other products was the fact that is suitable for vegans. Seems to be absolutely packed with all vitamins I really wanted to supplement my daily nutrition, so I guess I'll see the effects in few weeks. I offered 4 stars instead of 5 because they are on the rather large size, though soft enough so not that difficult to swallow.

I’ve been taking this brand for years and I’ll keep doing so. Only thing is the price increases are making it a bit expensive.

I have been always sceptical about taking vitamins, thinking most of them must be lab-generated chemicals. However, I have been feeling that my healthy-ish diet and regular exercises can't overcome the general tiredness and fogginess in my head, etc., which have been gradually getting worse since my late 20's. So I looked for 'natural' vitamins and found these. They seemed the most reliable to me on Amazon. When I first opened the bottle and sniffed, I was surprised how actually they smell like fresh dried veggies. It's only been a week now but already having a noticeable changes . From the day one, I could feel a significant difference in my concentration and cognition levels at work. I have been feeling calmer and focused all day. My skin, especially face seems to maintain the moisture level perfectly all day, and pores are smaller even though weather has been hotter. It was usually oily with dry patches. I also feel it has more tension. I do heavy weight training and long distance running, and will update this post later if these vitamin pills would also help the recovery.
