Need the Right Formula for Me
I been trying to find a stomach compatible formula. I like the gummy’s taste but still upsets my stomach. Other people might not have this problem. My stomach is very sensitive.

Make sure you consult your physician before you start taking supplements.I didn’t, and it worked out for me, but who knows if that’s the case for everyone?Anyway, I knew that I was low on magnesium, the foods containing that nutrient just wasn’t in my diet enough, and I believed that this was causing my terrible sleep, causing me to wake up exhausted more often than not. I started taking these delicious little gummies at the RECOMMENDED dosage and it worked a charm literally overnight. I’ve been taking these since October of 2023.Do I take them everyday? ———Sometimes.Do I notice if I stop taking them for a while?—— Yes.Placebo? ———Maybe.Whatever the case, I have to give it a five star because it worked perfectly for me. No, it has not solved all of my problems, but it has helped me get a much better and fuller night sleep, for which I’m extremely grateful. Will it work for you? I have no idea, talk to your doctor; I didn’t, but I know that I should have. Speaking to a physician after the fact, it apparently was a metabolic issue on my end prior to taking the vitamins. Expired
Please check the expiration date. These are good Magnesium but I didn’t realized they expired. I just happened to look at the expiration and realized they expired in March and I purchased them in less than a month.
