I bought this for my son’s 2nd birthday and he absolutely loves it! We had a little trouble with delivery, fed ex accidentally sent it to the wrong address. It said delivered but I could not find it anywhere. I checked all neighbors but no luck, after a day when it didn’t show up I made a report with fed ex which didn’t seem to helpful at all. So I messaged the seller on Amazon. The seller answered right away and was so very helpful! They contacted fed ex and told me that if it were not here within 2 days they would give me a full refund or send a new one. Luckily the next day it showed up at an address down the street so we did get it. But I was thankful that the seller was very quick to answer and help solve any of our issues! It was not their fault and they would have helped regardless and most companies are not like that anymore! So the customer service is outstanding! The swing itself wasn’t hard to put together we completed it within a few hours. It’s very sturdy and is made very well. My son was so happy and has been playing on it for 3 days straight! This product is cheaper than a lot of other companies but it’s made so very well. The wood work is beautiful, it’s not too big, and it’s very safe! If your contemplating buying this for your child you Absolutely should!!! It’s worth the price and more! I would recommend this to any parent with children! This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for my son!

The quality of the wood is solid and feels very safe. My kids love the slide and swing, and it keeps them active indoors for hours. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Great value for the price.love it

The swing could use more height adjustment options. Otherwise the product is very sturdy and our toddler loves it!

Very good. The wood is smooth and has no smell. The installation process is also very convenient. The quality is also good. The baby can play with it the next day. She very like and play every day .

None of the original holes worked for installation. I ended up using my own screws and had to drill a different hole for them. This would take forever with the tools provided. After putting it together with our own screws and drill my son loved it. Seems to be good quality. Some of the bars for climbing do spin so we added wood glue (that we had). Overall, our son has fun with it and for the price it was expected to have some issues!

It is very easy to assemble. My kids love playing here. It can consume their energy and help them sleep better. It can also be folded up to save space when not playing.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say this thing is well worth the money. My kids love it. We got a different swing to attach to it because our youngest is only 1 and too small for the swing. She isn’t the only one to enjoy it. My 9, 7, and 5 year old also approve. It’s built well and sturdy. Holds their weight no problem at all. It’s played with alllll day long.
