Great alternative at a good price
Great alternative to the areo garden seed pods. You almost can’t tell the difference. If you can it would be a slight difference in the soil. It’s a great price and they work just as well.

Machine is great - pods not so much.
I love this little thing. But I’m very sad the pods aren’t producing salad greens for me. So far I have 1:5 that have sprouted. Also I need to figure out why/how I have it set to only light in the middle of the night 🤦🏻♀️

Promotes algae growth
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought these pods as an alternative to the pods used with my Aerogarden. They are a bit less expensive. They appear a little smaller and do not expand as much as the Aerogarden pods. I'm also finding a lot of algae growth on the top of the pods, and some of my seeds don't germinate. I've used these pods for a few months now and find when the seeds do germinate the growth is smaller, the pods seem denser, more rubbery than a cork like feel, and are suppressing the growth of my plants. I ended up tossing them and going back to the Aerogarden pods which are so much better.
