The description is misleading for this product. The images describe and emphasize the DC power input, yet it did not come with a power cable. I guess you have to buy it separately?

As described. All ports work. Switches and pilot lights all work. Good click and positive feel to the switches. EDIT: Downgraded to three stars because some devices were not compatible.

Update: After a couple of the ports failed within 2 weeks, I posted a negative review. My review was attacked by the seller within a few hours of posting, being voted not helpful 16 times within a few hours, obviously by their employees who are trying to push the bad reviews down the list so you only encounter the good reviews. This product is a joke, and so is ALZN. Definitely won't be getting my business again, and hopefully not yours either of you want products that actually work.

Works great. Love the switches and that the plugs are horizontal.

I ordered this device based on good reviews. Unfortunately when I got it, it did not work. I believe the one I received is defective. I am returning it to Amazon for refund.

It doesn't work with anything I plug into it! What could be wrong? It got such great ratings

I bought this sometime back, it didn't come with a power cord even with the pictures calling that feature out. It works but it's just not fully reliable, requires fiddling. I probably should have returned it but that's more of a pain than eating what it cost, which at some level is probably on me.
