Great Product
Great product. Though it says to drink a cup in the morning after breakfast, I personally enjoy it anytime of the day.

Didn’t work for me, but my boyfriend loves it
I’m giving this 4 stars because while it did not seem to work for me, my boyfriend swears by this. He tends to look for lower cost solutions and this on does seem a bit pricey to me but he loves it. He has asthma and also vapes and occasionally smokes so when he feels buildup happening in his lungs, he reaches for this. It sounds like maybe it helps the more consistent you are with it. I tried it when I was sick and felt pressure in my chest, but it didn’t help. Maybe I just didn’t have much actual build up or something else was going on, I don’t know.
