Flossers are very good, but description states 3 packs of 30 but keep receiving only one pack. Have submitted request to send out the other packs but will only give option to have refund. I don't wish to send back only receive the order I played for

The description says 3 packs of 30 but only 1 pack arrives. I saw someone else has also had this description. The product itself is fine but the description is way off.
