Quality bread making flour
The best flour for making my gluten free sourdough bread or artisan bread in my dutch oven! I watched several tutorials on youtube and then got this flour. The bread from this is really good, so soft and easy to make and slice. The quality of the flour is good, as is the nice resealable bag - thank you. The flour is the right amount for making 2 loaves of sourdough and for a week of feeding 3 small sourdough starter containers daily. The bread taste is very nice - perfect dense thickness, texture is so much like regular bread - and the scent of it fills our home wonderfully. This bread rises well - though I do add quick active yeast to it and warm water in a mixer. I follow a couple of people on youtube that use this brand, and it works well.

Love this flour!
This flour is fantastic! Let's face it - being gluten free is not always fun. Trying to make gluten free food can be even less fun. IYKYK...But after trying this flour to make bread I couldn't believe how good it was! I made bagels today and they tasted like "real" bagels!I highly recommend buying this to make bread, bagels, etc. Trust me - it's worth the price.

There is wheat in it but no gluten
I'm gluten and wheat free so I didn't want to chance using this. However a friend with celiacs said it was fine. I made her bread and she had no problems with it. (There is wheat in it that they removed the gluten from. I'm not escarmiento sure how that works, but the bread looks and smells great from what I could tell.

Wouldn’t use anything different! Reliable, easy to use, excellent quality every time! Taste and texture are on point. I can make anything with this, even my non GF husband will eat it!

Trust me on this one you’re gonna wanna buy this flour
I love bread so much, which is unfortunate because I also can’t eat wheat. This flour though is INCREDIBLE. It’s a little pricey, but I feel like for what you get out of the flour it’s worth it. There is also no smell or after taste when baking. I’ve made delicious bread, cinnamon rolls, babka and more and my friends and family CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I do wish the bag had more flour in it, there’s only about eight cups in here, which means you pay a little more than a dollar per cup, but also that’s just being gluten free. Very happy with the results and have/will continue to buy.

Wonderful Gluten-free Sourdough Bread and Bagel Results
The taste and consistency had people not able to tell the difference between this gluten-free sourdough bread and the regular sourdough. Loved having bread that everyone could eat as I could share with people needing a gluten-free and vegan option without giving up quality. (Used gluten-free sourdough starter.)

Best gluten free flour in my opinion, some people prefer Pamela’s. But as for me, it’s King Arthur!
