This is much better than many plastic jugs on the market. It looks good and works very well.

Used continuously at home - very handy. If I had only one critique, it would be to make it look prettier for use at dining table.

Great for making gravy and getting fat away only downfall size is a bit small, I would go for litre size. But otherwise good.

A very simple design, good build, and simple to use and clean. This jug means no more fatty gravy!

Used loads of times. Great for separating the fat / oil. Not hard to clean either and holds a good amount of liquid.

It’s a jug that.has a strainer on the top as a lid and a unique way of allowing the liquid out the bottom directly.The theory is simple. Pour your meat juices etc in and after a while the oil &fat will float to the top and form a separation. Once separated pull the handle trigger mechanism and the heavier fluid will come ot the bottom.I use mine when doing pulled pork in the smoker after the wrap and then I use the separated mixture of meat stock, apple juice and cherryade as a base for a sweet BBQ sauce.It’s easy to clean and you can easily flip the valve bar open to allow good flow through when washing. The two niggles I have are:1. Very minor but you can’t remove the rubber bung valve part at the bottom of the jug to give it a very thorough soak when cleaning.2. The strainer Lid doesn’t click in place and is quite loose. The amount of times I’ve dropped that part!!!However I am pleased I chose this jug over the older cheaper version with the long spout

The fat separator is an interesting idea and it is well designed and well built. It comfortable to hold, easy to fill up, use, and wash afterwards. With that being said, it's really expensive for what it achieves. You can get very similar results using a spoon to remove the oil after the gravy has settled.

Worked great for our thanksgiving turkey. Sits nicely on the built in support. Easy to clean.

Convenient size and design execution. Having a top is a plus. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability.

This is an awesome fat separators, liquid to the bottom, fat to the top. Was worth its weight in gold at Thanksgiving. Haven't done it yet, but this might also be good for dispensing pancakes - not sure, but it seems like it could function for that too!
