No, each metal weight is about 2.28 oz. There are 35 weights and together they weight 5 lbs. I used about half of them to fill out the spaces in my vest that didn't have weights in them when I bought it. Then I shared the rest with a friend that had a similar vest. It was a great investment to increase the weight of my training vest.

Hi Kelly. I'm sorry but these weights are not compatible with a SXY Hyperwear vest. We have discontinued that model. These weights are only for the Hyper Vest PRO. Weight size will vary slightly but they are closer to 2 inches long.

Each size vest has a different weight capacity. Small 21 lbs, medium 23 lbs, large 33 lbs.

As others - weights good, packaging poor

The weights are a great addition but the delivery and packaging was shambolic. The box was split, as the weight box was much smaller than than the outer packaging box. With 5lb of weight rattling around this was this was inevitable, thankfully the actual weight box survived (just) and all weights were present.

Box was split and weights were everywhere. Had to work out if any were missing. The Pro vest is great - have had for four years. One star for delivery mess
