I was so aggrivated when that cheap-o toaster just stopped working. It was less than 4 months old and bought it new...I just wanted a plain-jane toaster and I guess I got that...and one that just didn't work well. This one, just after I got it out of the box, I did the things it asked me to do before using it the first time, and then I was just itching to make some cinnamon toast - I make my own bread and cinnamon toast is a great fast breakfast with hot tea when I gotta get up and get busy. This toaster was very easy to use and set for my use - the digital darkness +/= works well even when toasting "real" bread like mine. A very reasonably-priced toaster that works really well.

Works fine except did not come with the load lever plastic part. Still works though. Also, do not shake crumbs out by turning it upside down. Pull the lower drawer out and dump them. I turned upside down and got crumbs into the magnetic contact point, and it prevented the load lever electro magnet (holds the toast down as it cooks) from holding the toast down. I had to open the toaster to clean it. This potential issue is likely a problem with any toaster.

This toaster has some good features like a readout that tells you how long your desired toastiness will take. Also, a heating rack pops up to warm a cold pastry, etc. The biggest drawback is that it is meant for toasting two items-one on each side- and if you only toast one piece of toast, each side of the toast browns differently.

I never imagined this dinky little toaster is better than the 'big Boys. It arrived on time and packaged very well. Since I first plugged it in & of course made toast, Me and all my space is under 'happy conditions' because this little toaster really gently browns the toast which makes me happy. And I am not only happy, but I am very well PLEASED with the workings of this nice little toaster. Thank You

Bought this cause it was low priced. Our old toaster (which was much more expensive) died and this one was available next day. As it was "motorhome" for summertime I figured cheap was good. As it turns out it is a jewel. Small, to give up some countertop space, will handle bagels, thick sliced bread (brioche) etc. 2 slots is fine for our use and it is has all the normal controls. Very good purchase, go for it..

This is a great addition to my kitchen. I moved out a few weeks ago and realized I did not have a toaster. I picked this one up and it make toast great. The adjustment is easy to use and allows me to change the toasting length. Love the out comes

I’ve had this toaster for almost a year now. I am disappointed in it. No matter which slot I use only one side of the bread gets toasted. So what I do now is I put it in one slot and toast it for a minute and then take it out and toast it in the other slot for a minute. Not ideal. The “defroster” seems like a good idea but it doesn’t work very well. At a $40 price point I was hoping for better value/ results. Do not recommend.

Basic toaster. Cool touch, removable crumb catcher works fine. Darkness indicator difficult to find, very small indentation. We used a white marker to be able to see it. Ok for the price.
