An experience in gold dust!
OMGOSH!! This product is awesome! I was beginning our remodel and found mom's old chandelier/hanging lamp in the attic. She got it from her mom in the 60's. I thought that since she has recently passed, it might be a nice homage to her if I refurbished this lamp and hung it in my new reading nook. This gold leaf looks aMAZing!! It was so easy to use and the sealant actually gave it a nice finished look, while protecting the finish. The lamp isn't quite finished yet, but the gold leafing has certainly breathed new life into it! NOTE: Beware of gold glitter! Make sure you cover your surfaces with something and use a drop cloth. All leafing creates gold dust that floats all over the place. LOL! It sure is beautiful though!

Finishes well great for beginners.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:As cheap as this kit is I honestly like this stuff more than the expensive fake gold leaf. This stuff is way shinier then the more expensive brand and while some might complain the mess this stuff makes because it flakes like crazy I think that’s what makes it better. The more expensive stuff doesn’t clean off as easy with a brush and often looks rough and messy when you’re done. This stuff cleans of pretty well and because it does the leafing looks more uniform than the other brands. So this will probably be my goto from now on.

Product was packaged good
I bought these base on recommendation from a Youtube video. I used them recently, it was easy and the gold is vibrant. The adhesive was good and held up nicely. I didn't noticed that the gold foil was that small but it was okay for my first use. I now read the dimensions so I can know exactly what to expect with my order.

Did a great job!
It was good overall but I did not like the glue that came with it! I prefer to add a more layer of glue over the gold foils to ensure that they are sticking to the canvas. The glue stays sticky and doesn't dry. If you want to use it as instructed, then it will be good but with my way, it wasn't good enough.Value for money is goodColor is good
