Ordered the other day and it arrived yesterday, unfortunately it looked like it had been dropped so the bottom had split. Emailed the company and they refunded the following day. Can't fault their customer service. As for the contents, the dogs enjoyed them when eating the ones that had fallen all over the place.

Fantastic treats
I actually bought these as a training treat for goats and sheep. They work perfectly (have to break them into slightly smaller pieces though). Also accidentally used them as a room freshener when I dropped a couple down the back of the farm's office radiator. Room smelt amazing all week - like fresh grass with a hint of mint. Will definitely be buying again
