Absolutely great series and just as I remember it from my youth but the cheap and crappy double-sided discs hang, skip and jump horrendously, making the whole thing virtually unwatchable. I'll amend that - absolutely unwatchable. Has the feel of badly pirated goods and I wish someone would produce a proper quality box set.

Fantastic series that I remember as a kid on TV. Really looking forward to watching them all in order. Very pleased!

Just amazing piece of work. Very good story line a lesson for everyone in nearly all the episodes. Wanted this from my childhood days.

Gave 3 stars, not because the Series is bad, its not its great and stand the test of time of not seeming dated, as its a period story so does not suffer from looking outdated. However the DVD themselves, are just a straight lift from the original film, their has been no restoration and all the scratches, marks and blips on the Celluloid Film have been transferred to the DVD. Its just pure money making of copy the film to DVD, then sell it. If selling something this old and still financially benefitting for something that paid for itself long ago, they should have the decency to restore it, cleaning up the scratches on the film so that a customer gets something worth paying for
