Definitely buy it!!
I Absolutely, hands down, no questions asked, LOVE this puzzle. I’m not the quickest at puzzles but this didn’t take me no time at all. Less than two weeks on and off. It’s a very beautiful puzzle and I will surely be buying another one. Thankfully, I did not have any missing pieces. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic puzzles, better customer service!
I love Elena Essex puzzles! They are high quality and beautiful, with vibrant colors. However, the best part is their customer service. I’ve purchased ten of their puzzles over the past two years, and one had a missing piece (which was likely my fault). They sent me that piece free of charge, no questions asked.

Beautiful puzzle, great customer service
As others have noted in their reviews, absolutely beautiful puzzle. What a letdown to be missing a single piece at the end! However, the artist promptly sent me the missing piece along with a kind note. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service! I would absolutely purchase another puzzle from this company. Great job!

Perfect holiday puzzle
Beautiful, high quality puzzle. The pieces are sturdy and fit well, nothing missing. It’s just the right amount of challenging. I think it took us 2 days. I prefer puzzles like this where you can tackle the puzzle in sections, and everybody can easily pick something they want to work on. I wish these puzzles were a little cheaper, but it was so pretty to look at that I know I’ll order more.

High-quality puzzle. Pieces cleanly cut, snap together satisfyingly. Beautiful use of color, accented with judiciously placed gold foil. I will buy more of this line of puzzle. Aesthetically pleasing and festive. Will frame and hang each holiday season. Thanks.

Love but missing a piece
Update: bought a second puzzle and another missing piece. So upsetting!We loved this puzzle. I was planning on framing but it: missing ONE piece.
