Bought this product to cover plug sockets in toddlers bedroom near the bed. It was easy to install following the helpful instruction video and has worked very well. Not only does it act as a deterrent (my son has no interest in what’s inside the ‘box’) but also he would not be able to open the box to access the plugs due to the safety clips which is very reassuring. I think this is an excellent product, it doesn’t stand out and so blends in with the decor, good value for money and I would recommend. It was just what I was looking for.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading other reviews it seemed a mixed bag. I ordered anyway and am glad I did this has exceeded all my expectations.It is made from a very sturdy plastic, to open you have to use both hands to press in two circular “buttons” which releases the lid.I wanted this purely for aesthetic reasons to hide some black plugs on my white kitchen wall but after fitting it I am happy to recommend to parents as a plug cover as it is solid! This is probably down to ‘fit’ rather than product to be honest. I have an mk double plug, I loosened the screws on the plug and wedged the flaps on this unit behind and tightened up the screws again. It was a neat fit and I was able to get my screws tight this means it isn’t going anywhere.I am more than happy with my purchase it looks good and performs even better, I am happy to recommend to others.

Easy to install product just loosen socket and slip behind existing one.I would say they are a little expensive for a floppy piece of plastic but I think the design has the market cornered and not much else that does the job out there.Closing requires a bit of gently force to flex the lid into the slots, I have 2 of these and they are both the same so it's not like I'm fitting them wrong. They do secure ok and push home with a little wiggle.I guess these are a short term prevention and whilst covering up the plugholes the baby still is intrigued with the wires coming out the bottom but I guess that's to be expected and will get bored eventually.Although these are quite deep they aren't deep enough to house phone chargers like the Samsung pop out ones that charge phones at full speed so keep that in mind. Obviously multi plugs won't fit either but the best option is the multi strips which work just fine, but then move the problem of exposed plugholes and plugs so just defeats the purpose of the covers.

Two things to stop a toddler turning off the WiFi and TV worked a treat. Toddler very annoyed when unable to do his trick. Also to stop a socket being turned off by accident for a freezer

Easy to fit and simple to use.Not sure how long it will last, plastic is a little thinner than I expected

Perfect fit for standard British socket, easy to install all you need is a screw driver to slightly release the socket to be able to slot the cover over. Good quality materials used, sleek design, it's asetically pleasing without drawing your baby towards it, so definitely child safe.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This product dose not work it's cheap and flimsy, so much so that the clips used to keep it shut do not work.WAY OVER PRICEDDO NOT BUY!!!!!
