What a fun little train! We are seniors and setting up this train during the holidays made it very fun for us. You're never too old to play.

I remember when I was about 8 For Christmas I got an old style O Gauge 3 Rail Train Track System. I just loved it. I wanted to share that same thrill with my 6 year old Grand son. I bought this set for him to see how he would take to it. I've been trying to get him away from video games and take on new interest. This set is AMAZING!!! Real to life sound effects and for his age right up to his level. I myself Just loved It! I love the way the tracks are tide together, The many different track layouts. But most of all I enjoyed Reliving my past Christmas through his Eyes. But For everything this set has going for it...It has 1 Major flaw ..."NO CABOOSE!!!" Where in the hell is its CABOOSE?" The poor train looks 1/2 naked rolling down the track. Now That is a shame to what would be the perfect Train set for any young boy. Do you sell them separately for this type of Rail Set?

I saw a lot of complaints about the train not staying on the track but I sought figured out you can’t just turn the switch anyhow you want because it will cause the train derailment every time the switch is in the wrong order. Either all switches are up or down will ensure no derailment. Wished they had extra carts or rechargeable battery cart for sale or a bridge track.

Do not buy this train set. I was so excited it was on sale and we bought it as a birthday gift. The tiny black attachments that keep the track together don’t stay and don’t actually keep the track together. The entire train collapses and doesn’t stay in the tracks. It’s heavy, and the battery part of the train that attaches to the very front is a nightmare. The cord is too long and doesn’t hook properly. The train won’t turn so it just tips over and the entire things is useless. It’s literally just for a decoration of some sort, definitely not a toy to play with. It didn’t even make a whole round before tipping over. Waste of money and now I have this junk just laying around. Don’t buy.

I enjoyed having this train under our Christmas tree this year! Love that the engine is rechargable and the controls simple enough for the young ones!Only 2 issues:1. Switch used to activate lights in passenger cars is on the bottom of the cars. For us older adults, it is an issue because the car has to be removed from the track to reach the switch, then you have to couple it back and put the car back on track.2. No mention of what do do when the batteries in the passenger cars die. Those are not rechargable and it looks like the only access to the battery would be from under the car, but that's just speculation because there is no mention of this in the instructions that come with the set.Otherwise, we love it!

I love the quality of the train! It works great and our little guy loves the steam, the light up cars and the remote! An added bonus for us is the tabs to lock the track pieces together!!!!! No more cheap tracks falling apart!!!! We actually pick the track up and carry it from house to house!

Very difficult to place train and cars on track. Not for younger children. Looks like great quality. Happy that sound could be muted.

The media could not be loaded. 10/10!! Product was easy to install, comes with PLENTY of tracks to make your track as versatile as you wish. The train is very good quality & feels heavy/not cheap & flimsy. The smoker is my favorite part, just add water. Comes with a remote control so you can control it if you wish. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to use it with the batteries. So I’m using it with the rechargeable USB option. Other than that, 10/10
