So far this is a wonderful product. My son unfortunately get migraines. He has a eye mask made with gel beads but when frozen it was hard as a rock so not very comfortable to wear while dealing with a migraine. It got a hole in it so, Amazon to the rescue! This cap is very comfortable to wear and fits my 10 year olds head perfectly. It's not heavy. We have not used it warmed up but I'm sure it would be fantastic.

I suffer from chronic migraines, and once had a month long cluster headache that I am now medicated to prevent. During my month of suffering I had ordered the normal version of this, and loved it. I don't have migraines as often anymore, but I sleep with this EVERY night, I don't even put it in the freezer often unless I have a headache, it's just SO nice to sleep with.After about a year of straight use I just bought it again, because it's SO worth it. After about 6 months of nonstop use it does fray a bit and stretch out, but it is still completely usable and comfortable. And it's probably not meant for nightly wears and yet held up incredibly. Even if you don't have headaches and just want something super comfortable to cover your eyes and ears at night I highly recommend this product!!I have a small head, always have, and it fits fine. My brothers have larger heads and have tried this on and it fits them fine as well. It's made of stretchy fabric, so honestly I'm sure it's a one size fits all situation.I also have sensory issues, so if you do I'll describe this as best as I can - Slightly squishy but not in the "makes noise and feels yucky" sense but more the "soft cushions under leggings" sense. It doesn't bother my sensory issues, but I know that varies for everyone.

Works great! The size is well and stretches and it is relaxing wearing it. You can’t really move with it because it covers over your eyes. There are no velcro straps because you just put it on over your head. I does not work well with heat retention but it works well with cold retention.

I love this product honestly I was hesitant when I first ordered it be the first product I had done just as the bag had said and as I was taking it out of the bag the seam had ripped exposing the gel inside had asked for a replacement and was impressed with how quick the replacement had come. As for the second product it works really well in the freezer. I don't really plan to use it in the microwave but I'm sure it would work well. The fit of it can be a bit snug if you have a larger head but when used with a headache for me it really helps to have that little bit of compression. It is kinda thick so you really can't see through it amd it holds cold fairly well. The only "cons" I have personally is having to ask for a replacement for the first one and they have a bit of a weird chemical smell but I left mine out of the package for a few hours and the smell disappeared.

Love. This. Thing. Seriously ladies, this baby is a life saver when those hot flashes hit. I live in S. FL so even without the fun of my youth fading in the rear view mirror heat is an issue. I don’t wear it as intended, too cold on my eyes. I do put it around my neck, lay it on my chest or even under my back on the pillow if I’m lying down. I have a few brands of these and this is my favorite.

Sad to say I use mine all the time they work really well!!! Not only soft and comfortable but the black color helps block out the light!!!!. The pack remains cold about 15-20 min. The nose notch was a great design. The weight is is enough for pressure, but not too heavy.
