Good quality.
I have been diabetic since 96. My wife and I are retired and travel quite a lot. I can carry all of my insulin for up to a month. Last month I left it in a hotel room. I called and they held it for a week until relatives came and got it. Everything was fine. Insulin was still at a good temp. Love it.

This mini cooler fits 4 Mounjaro pens!
Perfect sized medicine cooler. This fits the larger Mounjaro pens. It held 4 of mine. It does use batteries for the temp. gauge, but they are provided. Overall this is perfect for cruising and flying.

"It could be any explosive" - Multiple TSA Agents
TSA DOES NOT APPROVE! It keeps the supplies cold, BUT every time I go through security, they single it out and then have to wipe down everything in my carry on. When I finally talked to someone about it, I was told that "because it is a box with wires in it, or is interpreted by machinery as potential explosives." That means they've got to check EVERYTHING to ensure nothing is set to blow up. I was told that if I took out the temperature monitor and cables, if would be less likely to be flagged. The problem with removing that is that the shell is compromised and the temperature won't be as good for the supplied contained therein.So, while this does the job well, for anyone not going through any TSA checkpoints, it'll be a big delay for anyone at airports.
