They are reasonably priced, durable, and well made. These really are the perfect size for home kitchen use. For example, they are great to salt any kind of meat and stick it in the refrigerator overnight; take it out and go right to the grill, grab another to place the cooked meat upon while it rest before slicing and eating. Clean up is a breeze, they are easy to store. I only wish I had purchased a couple more.

Love these things! It did not occur to me in the past to get smaller baking sheets but my brother has some and after using his I wanted to get some for my own. These are a really nice size If you want to prepare a small serving of something, or if you are doing multiple small servings of different things and don't want them to mix. If you are just doing something small in the oven, they are also really nice for food prep. If you just need a tray with a modest lip to hold something a bit liquidy. I love the Nordic Ware brand, they are so sturdy and high quality and yet a very fair price.

Very durable and size and good for small batches

I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.

This pan fits perfectly in my small RV oven and refrigerator. The lid will come in handy to cover food while in the fridge marinating. I can then take the lid off to pop the pan in the oven. The pan can also be used as a tray or even as a plate. It is also easy to store in my small RV kitxhen. It was a bit pricey, but the quality seemed fine.

Love these "mini" sheet pans. Downsized from a big house to an apartment, these pans are perfect for so many uses.

Love it, use it for baking and resting meats. Easy to clean, doesn't burn, scratch, or rust. It's great!
