Love it
Arrived as expected and no damages. Heavy box but packed securely. Simple to unpack and not much to assemble. Added my oil, lifted my incline slide it under my standing desk and ready to go. It's quiet!!My only concern is I have it in my bedroom which has carpet which is not recommended, it's quiet on the carpet but maybe because of the carpet it left a dark mark on it . No problem to remove but don't have another place to place it. Tired to place a mat under it but was loud tired a towel and was loud. Very quiet with nothing but don't want to stain the carpet so still shopping for something to place under it. Function easy. Love the app that has several free workouts that shows other walkers on a racetrack which makes it kind of competitive!! . I also love the visual scenic walking path too. Easy to walk on. Love the incline that enhance my workout. Speed is perfect I thought I needed a 7 speed but wow I have only made it up to 3. It gives me a great workout!! 3yr warranty and great size. I'm 5'5 and my foot isn't falling off the back. I haven't put it away under my bed yet because I'm on it every day! Good priced at $130 wanted a deer hill which is more costly but this one checked all my boxes. Quiet and sufficient. Only wish it was a 800 customer service number to call for questions but with this QR code world this doesn't. Overall perfect for me. Good but!!

Fairly decent piece of equipment
Good piece of equipment to run and lightly jog on. Tried to wear a weight vest of 25 to 30 lbs added to my 175 lb weight and the machine began to struggle. So I recommend just running on it with out any sort of added weight. Did come with a 3 year warranty which is nice. Item works well enough to use to get results.

Love this treadmill! Price-worthy
I spent about 2-3 weeks researching treadmills and reading many reviews before making my decision. I realized that two of the most important factors to consider are customer service (especially with warranty) and durability. That’s when I found ACEZOE. I was particularly drawn to their advertisement mentioning that they have branches in the US, which reassured me that they could provide quick support if needed.I also saw a review claiming that ACEZOE asks for customers’ credit card numbers, but that’s not true. All I had to provide was my email and order number to activate my warranty.I’ve been using this treadmill for three weeks now, and it’s been durable and very quiet. Some of the other incline treadmills I was considering seemed fragile, especially around the incline mechanism. While I can’t adjust the incline beyond 0% and 10%, I’m still very satisfied with my purchase.

Warranty requires credit card info
That alone is a turn off. Have only briefly tried this, but it seems like something I will use very frequently. I just absolutely do not like having to enter my credit card info when the warranty registration is free and who knows how secure their site is. Bug red flag for me. Other than that, it operates quietly and smoothly, and the remote is handy. The wheels are really small, so moving up against the wall won't be as easy as expected due to it weighing something like 40 lbs. The cord plugs into the front - the back would be more ideal, since it pretty much neans you need an extension cord, unless you want to face the wall. The only other treadmills I have used were at the gym, so nothing to compare it to. I'm optimistic and will check their website for other ways to register for the warranty.

Terrible quality!
I got treadmill from this brand on Amazon just recently. I decided to try it today and used it only for an hour. The running belt was centered before I started but after I finished my workout I noticed ripping on the right side of the running belt. I tried to fix it following instructions on the video, but even after centering and tightening the belt it keeps sliding off to one of the sides and getting more mess up. I emailed support to ask what should I do to fix this issue and never got a reply back! It’s also extremely noisy. Terrible quality, I am very disappointed, as I had such high hopes for this one.

Impressed By This Walking Pad Treadmill & Company
This walking pad treadmill was everything the company’s website said it was. Well built, sturdy when walking/running on it, the belt doesn’t slip. There isn’t any assembly required. Just pull out of the box and plug it in the wall. This company has an awesome customer service dept. A gentleman emailed me telling me he was my personal contact if I have any questions or issues with what I bought. Certainly shows their pride in their products and the high value they place on their customers.

So convenient!
The media could not be loaded. It's almost impossible to get in a good walk six months out of the year when you live in Phoenix because it's so hot. Even if you're willing to get up at the crack of dawn or walk during the middle of the night, it's just not enjoyable or practical. I used to go to a fitness club where I used the treadmill, but it's just so inconvenient. So when my daughter recommended I try a walking pad, I couldn't resist. I am now able to get in my desired minimum 10,000 steps a day without even thinking about it. I just turn on the TV and start walking. It's so easy to operate and I really like the speed selections. I can do a leisurely walk and go all the way up to a jog. When starting, the speed is very slow and then gradually builds up. The same also happens in reverse so there are no quick starts and stops, so no need to worry about falling off. It's also very compact and light making it very easy to move to different rooms. I work from home and have an adjustable desk, so I eventually plan on trying this out while I'm working. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it for it's quality, convenience and health benefits.
