Quality product with correct specification
Product as per specification,good working,price is reasonable.However, problem of heating of device is noticed.Hope Company will Focus to rectify this issue.

Wifi failure in one month: Poor Product reliability and warranty customer service standards
Extremely dissatisfied with the product. After only a month of use, the Wi-Fi functionality failed completely.For the past two weeks, I have been passed between HP Support and Amazon follow-ups, with two separate cases raised and a full system restore undertaken — yet the issue remains unresolved.Despite completing all remote troubleshooting steps as instructed, I am now being asked to purchase a Pen Drive and source another system at my own expense for further investigation, which is utterly unreasonable.This is the experience faced by customer during the Warranty Period and entire ordeal overall reflects very poorly on both:(a) Quality of the product and (b) Standard of customer service

Battery Drain in 2-3 hours
Too much Fast Battery draining it's expensive laptop I am buying this with 55000rs only 2-3 hours battery is not good .... I am only normal Using For Chrome canva , exel etc not heavy or games

Laptop is good.
Laptop is good. Issue I have face is, got already activated laptop received. When I checked warrenty in hp assistant shows the message like warrenty is going to expire in next month. After that I have setup call with HP care to extend or renewal of the warrenty. This is the issue only with all laptop devices.
