Initially, I thought this might be the peak of the effects, but I was wrong.Performance and Energy:After that initial phase, the pre-workout continued to build at a steady pace, giving me a great sense of energy without any of the "wild animal" feelings I've had with other pre-workouts. It didn’t make me feel overly aggressive or jittery, but rather pushed me through my workout with a steady, consistent energy. I didn’t feel exhausted at any point, and the best part was the pump – it was solid and felt controlled, not rushed or overwhelming.Focus and Endurance:Even after finishing my workout, I still felt energized for a couple of hours. This extended focus and energy were really impressive, and honestly, I was so clear-headed that I considered using it to study. 😂Caffeine Content and Tolerance:This pre-workout contains more than 200 mg of caffeine, which is a solid amount for most people. However, I wouldn’t recommend taking it every day, especially if you're sensitive to caffeine. I have tried several pre workout before never got any satisfactory result. Came across this amazing product. I must say this is probably one of the best pre workout out there. Been using this for more than a month now. Ordered another batch.It provides ample amount of pump and long lasting energy.Slight itchy sensation like 4/10. Mixability is good.Only caveat is the taste. Taste can be improved.Rest it is really good pre workout.

While the cost is low and it is definitely worth it, in my opinion. With True Instinct Pre-workout, you’ll get a great tasting, effective and high quality source of quick energy to help you push through your workout.

Waste of money doesnt even feel like i took a preworkout just some suagry drink thats sour as well in the aftertaste. You can get better preworkout than this in this price range

The taste is not good, and you can’t really taste the pineapple flavor. It has a bitter taste. It’s a decent pre-workout, but it’s better to opt for black coffee.
