Perfect Christmas gift for my Brother in Law! He loved it!

The pieces were a bit smaller than I expected but this was so much fun to put together and there are so many intricate details everywhere you look. Will definitely buy other sets since it was reasonably priced as well.

The young man is 13yrs and was pleased with his gift !!

I’ll get right to the matter:Pieces missing. Sone of the missing is for foundation. Had to modify hidden pieces for support connections.Pieces had to be forced on with help w/pliersElectrical connections don’t fit!Colors don’t match illustrationsWas able to complete the project with the help of a bricks store which has misc pieces

Was excited to assemble because it’s so cute. The pieces did not stay together very well throughout. I was constantly breaking something as a result. Gently press here and wham, the whole structure imploded. I literally put it together, with the aid of super glue, five times. I almost just gave up and threw it all away, but touched it out and finished today. It was really a frustrating experience overall and I cussed a lot, which is unlike me. Not sure I’d recommend. I assemble a lot of those, so am fairly skilled, but this was just tiresome.Addendum: insoon Toys reached out to me following this review, truly serious about improving and concerned about their product. They very generously sent me a different model, which I started assembly on yesterday. It’s snapping together and easy so far. Will review it too, but wanted to share that the company is very gracious. While the saloon model was frustrating, and my review of it is accurate, the company is supposed to reach out to manufacturer to improve the pieces. In the interim, you can definitely trust Insoon Toys!

My son loves these blocks. The price is great and they are better than the lego brand.

I really looked forward to building this saloon, but have been disappointed in several things. First the color key, which I initially thought was a great idea, in no way matches the colors of the blocks. You have to figure out which color the blocks are. Second, there have been several missing/broken pieces. Third, the pieces don't always fit together as they should. Sometimes I had to omit a piece to make it all fit. Finally, the wiring is somewhat confusing at times and the wires are very long and difficult to hide. The saloon looks neat, though. And most of the directions are easy to follow.

Really enjoyed making this, the pieces are small but I still enjoyed it.
