Directions Applications: Topical: Add 2-3 drops to ½ tsp. carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc.) and massage over abdominal area, lower back, breasts, inner arms, or soles of the feet. Aromatherapy: Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to 1oz carrier oil to create your own body massage oil.
