One of my fav teas!
It doesn’t taste bad, I only steep it for 2-5 minutes. I take this twice a week before bed time. It makes me go to the bathroom a few times during the day but nothing crazy. No belly aches at all.

It is good stuff
I don’t know what is in this tea but I finally went number two after one night. My husband also drank a cup the next day and he went also. He said it was like a religious experience. lol. PS we are both in our 70’s. Great stuff!

Works within 12hours best tea add little honey or any sweetener for taste or just drink it alone.

Cleanses well
I've used this tea for several years. When I feel like I need a little "cleansing", I have a cup of this tea. I suggest following the instructions on the package. The tea may cause some discomfort if seeped for too long. It helps me with bloating and keeping me regular.

Did nothing for me
After reading through lots of reviews, I was expecting this tea to have a strong effect on me. I took it as directed and it did nothing. It was as if I took nothing at all. I did it for the 10 days as directed and was disappointed for spending my money, and getting my hopes high looking for a different outcome. I actually felt more bloated and congested in the stomach and belly area. I wouldn't purchase again.
