Valerian Root - Valeriana officinalis Dried Loose Root Cut by Nature Tea (4 oz)

Been buying this for a year, helps me sleep and with anxiety, after a month of drinking this my anxiety was a lot better, it does stink but that's normal, I recommend a blend, of chamomile, peppermint and lemon balm with some honey.

This herb really stinks. But this is how it supposed to be as that is how Valerian smells. Actually it tells me that it is fresh herb that I use for tea combo that I make as part of the treatment for my heart problems.

It does have a foul smell. But it does what it's supposed to and add a little honey and lemon and its lovely

Good god this stuff stinks and tastes awful. Imagine stuffing your whole mouth full of hot rotten garbage. Keep it in a double sealed baggie because it will smell up your entire cabinet until you finally give up and throw it away like you did with those peppermint schnapps you thought you could choke down at 17. This stuff like those peppermint schnapps gets the job done if you can get past the rest and you won't feel like absolute dog doo for 3 days after.

This will put you to sleep in no time:)

After drinking only one cup of this tea I had the most vivid dream and I could remember everything

I guess it made me a bit sleepy? I'm not convinced it wasn't placebo effect. And it REALLY smells like feet — strong, too. The flavor isn't as bad, just bitter. I haven't used it since, it isn't worth the weird smell
