I don't know what it is. It seems that every time I find something I like in a store, they stop carrying it shortly thereafter! That's the case with LOVE CORN Habanero Chilli (hmm... my spellchecker doesn't like that spelling). During these COVID-19 work-from-home days, I try to not have too much "junk" food in the house as I'm just not that good at resisting it. The LOVE CORN Habanero Chilli was one of the few things I would pick up for myself when I would go food shopping. As usual, my local store stopped carrying them soon thereafter. Of course they only stopped carrying the flavor I liked. They continued to carry the BBQ and Sea Salt varieties (neither of which pack nearly the flavor of the Habanero Chilli). They are definitely spicy. There's a hint of tartness to them (sort of lime-ish). I'm not a fan of very spicy foods. These are hot, but not "have a competition with your friends to see who can stand more" hot. The fact that they're whole corn kernels allows you to have a satisfying crunch without eating as much (it's pretty hard to chew a handful at a time). The individual 1.6 oz packages are a great size. I usually get about two servings out of one pack.

Stop buying corn nuts and start buying these! Only 4 ingredients (for the habenero chili flavor at least) and no preservatives. They're pricey but worth it. Maybe it's just me but I literally can't stop eating these, they're super addictive. I hear you can get something similar from the ohnuts website for a third of the price, but looks like it has preservatives.

I thought they were going to be really spicy (I love spicy). I bought them because they said “habanero” on the description. They are not habanero spicy. They taste good and have a nice low level spice that my kids love them. So not to bad just disappointed that it wasn’t really spicy.

Product is small bags for 2$ a bag. Flavor is solid, but nothing special. I honestly thought they would be hotter being Habenero. Habenero Chili must be there spin on it. 2 true negative issues you should be aware of. Firstly, and most importantly, these are a poor value. At 2$ a bag, you could nearly buy a full sized bag of alternative snacks or just buy corn nuts. These are the larger snack bags and are still small. At 20$ a lb, i couldve bought 1 lb of crab legs or good wild shrimp at this price. They should be 1/2 this price to actually be worth the money. Second minor issue... bag is small with much seasoning collected in bottom of bag. Most people are going to put the bag to their mouth to get final morsels. However, if yoy do this, you will get a moythful of salty, spicy seasoning. Overall, good snack because I enjoy spicy. I liked the better oil choice as Corn Nuts brand uses less healthy corn oil. They use Sunflower oil for these. However, these are a poor value and I nearly feel stupid for purchasing. Imagine going to the store and buying 10 small bags of corn nuts as an impulse for $20. Yes, i get it. I read size and was aware. Still disappointed. I'm going to assume you get approximately 10 corn kernals in smaller bags. Great for portion control, but I don't have that issue. I bag is also perfect portion size! One more time... POOR VALUE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A DIFFERENT SNACK OR JUST TRY. Trader joes sells superior Puruvian Giant Corn snacks. Crunchier and much better value at more than 1/2 the price per oz.

We have been ordering Love Corn products for a long time now and just this once we had a damaged box arrive at our door. We were unsure what we could do and why such a damaged box was delivered by amazon and not automatically brought back and reported as such. Well, I wrote to Love Corn directly and explained what had happened and hoped perhaps they would provide a refund. I sent some photos as well. Quite promptly, Hannah from Love Corn wrote back and wanted to know all the details and said a replacement would be sent right out. With a few days we had a box with our incredible Habanero corn and as a surprise, we also received a very special box full of a variety of love corn products for us to try out! Even some great clothing and other accessories to our surprise. We had no idea they had all these things available. But the main point to this review is that they listened to us and went far above and beyond to make us happy and so we want to be sure we spread the word on such a good job this company is doing and of course such a great product too! I have purchased all the flavors in the past for the office. Everybody loves them.Started to get for my daughters lunch, she likes the variety of flavors. She’s never bored.
