I purchased this for my SDR as a flexible extension between computer and coax that leads antenna. Works perfectly for my situation.

This device allows me to attach my Anytone DMR HT to my base station 2m antenna in an efficient and relatively inexpensive manner. It would also work for my mobile antenna in my truck but with more difficulty due to the position of the antenna connector. This product certainly works for me and is long enough so that I am not tethered to the antenna mount.

Used it to connect my Yaesu VX-7R dual band hand held to my car antenna. Worked like a charm, hit multiple repeaters with good signal reports.

These and similar adapter cables are used by my group to connect larger coax to the tiny SMA antenna connectors on handheld radios. The small diameter, flexible adapter cable makes using the radio easier (when connected to an external antenna) and is easier on the SMA connector of the radio. The problem is that continued flexing of the cable eventually causes cable failure near the SMA connector. There is shrink-wrap on the cables at the connectors, but it doesn't offer much support to the cable. I'm not picking on this brand, as it is similar to similar cables from other suppliers. I do recommend the product, but have a spare to replace failed cables where frequent flexing is the norm. I use mine several times a day and expect them to last about a year.

This adapter allows connecting an PL-239 to the Nano without putting strain on the Nano's built in connector.

Product worked well. Was used to go from a PL259 coax connector to sma connector on a SDR Play receiver.

Seems to be a well made connector, with solid fittings and an adapter for SO-239. However, I am not sure why you would use such small diameter coax with this type of connector. More suited for SMA connectors. Usually you would use RG58 or similar larger diameter coax with a SO-239 fitting. Very limited power handling ability, this is strictly for receive.

If purchasing the nano VNA I strongly recommend getting this optional kit. Makes for easier connecting onto the nano VNA SMA connectors.
