I actually broke my right lower molar in half. I decided to order this product while I wait to see my dentist next week. This product worked great...sealed and covered the crack and also worked so well I am now able to chew on that side of my mouth again. I definitely need to see my dentist for proper treatment, but at least now I know I can make it through for the next couple of days until then. Also, this product is very, very easy to apply and it adheres very quickly on your tooth.

I bought this because I lost my crown on my right molar.I called the dentist and they told me to use a toothpaste without gels and such, basically told me to use old school toothpaste to put on my tooth then reapply the crown and wait until they can fit me in, which was over 20 days later with a possibilty to fit me in at a last minute notice if someone cancels.I looked on Amazon and found this.Oh and this was during Covid.Anyway, I bought this and used as described and it is still there. No need to go to the dentist.The directions were very precise, but....The directions were extremely small, I had to take a picture with my phone then englarge the photo just to read it.This product works as advertised and it is indeed a great safe buy!

I had to use this in an emergency before going to my dentist and actually get the problem fixed properly. It worked, it kept one of my crowns in place until the following day. I followed the directions very carefully and I think that’s important for it to work. Also you need to have the right tools which might not all be included in the package but again, it’s a good product and it’s worth the price .

I was saddened to find out, in the midst of a raging pandemic, that my largest dental filling had fallen out. I was not vaccinated and not ready to risk going to the dentist, so I ordered Dentek. It is okay as a very temporary filling, and that is all they claim it to be. The company advises going to the dentist and having the tooth worked on within 48 hours. This did not seem advisable, so I have used Dentek, plus the other leading brand, repeatedly and will continue to do so until my dental appointment 2 weeks from now (I have my vaccine shots now). At first I used too much and that created problems. A small amount will do. There are more applications of it in the tiny container than they actually claim. The Dentek is a bit grainy and will sometimes adhere for a day or two. The other product, Dentemp, has more of the texture of wet putty and falls out all at once. Neither one is great, but it will have to do until the chemists/researchers come up with something better. Okay in a pinch, so long as you keep your expectations low.

I recently discovered that a lot of Dental Offices are still not taking new patients?! When I finally got an appointment it was a month away! I knew that I needed something now to help with the discomfort. Walmart wanted the same price for one Kit that Amazon was charging for 2! Go Amazon! Now for important information on these kits: 1) they aren’t easy to put in, get help if possible but it is doable by yourself 2) do at bedtime, after brushing your teeth, when you are ready for light’s out! 3) they don’t “set” quickly, so no snacking till morning! 4) These are temporary so don’t forget to make that dentist appointment!

Please do not waste your money buying this. I purchased this product to fill a cavity until I am able to make it to my dentist. When I first opened the package, I was hopeful because it seemed easy enough to use, the directions were easy, and the product seemed like it would work. Then I made the big mistake of actually using it, it crumbled in my mouth, would not stay packed into my cavity, my entire mouth was filled with what seemed like pieces of crumbled chalk. The entire two hours, which suppose to be the amount of time needed harden was filled with disappointment because it just kept crumbling inside my mouth and I had to keep spitting it out. The residue left me with an upset stomach!!!! I wish I could have gave 0 stars!!!

My filling fell out a while ago and I did not want to go to the dentist. Hate the dentist. I use this instead and it works. Occasionally after several brushes or a number of certain meals I have to refill part of it but most of it stays in and always protects the nerve from being exposed. I used to feel pain from exposure but it's all gone now. I just try my best to take care of my mouth and am a little more mindful of that particular tooth. I'm investing in good instruments to floss, polish, remove tartar, remineralize, and whiten teeth so unless I'm literally dying gonna try to save this tooth and my wallet as it isn't giving me any problems when cared for. I numb the area when it's time to refill and generally avoid chewing on it especially if it's hard stuff just so that it lasts longer. I don't like hard or sticky sweets anymore so it doesn't really affect my quality of life. Can still enjoy just about anything I want and I'm always trying to eat healthy anyways so it all works out.
