Great, inexpensive replacement
I usually use a name brand version of these but they are getting pricey and they seem to wear and break quicker than ever before. When my final last batch broke I decided to try something different and these were it.I like the shorter, sturdier handle and installing the placker heads is easy and straight forward. They work just as well even reaching your back teeth by your wisdom teeth (or where mine used to be at least).Best of all, they are a fraction of the price.5/5

Great flossers with a very generous amount of replacement heads
I picked these up as I was starting to get a bit annoyed with flossers that constantly break on you while you're using them. You would be surprised how many uses of the flosser heads you can get out of them before they finally fail, and with the amount of replacement heads that you get in this package... I would say pretty easily that you're taken care of for a long period of time. Very well made.

For Tightly Spaced Teeth, the Reach Flosser Works Better
6 year update: Quality control issues with the floss. Not holding as well as originally and sometimes it takes three flossers to clean all of my teeth. I switch to Reach when this flosser breaks.5 year Update: Their long handle flossers work better. See details there. Bottom line is that I now use the double-line floss with the longer handle for teeth with space and Listerine flossers on tight teeth.Addendum: I've been using these for almost 3 years now and continue to use them on the tightest quadrant of my teeth and Reach flossers on the rest. Reach has improved the quality and lowered the price on their flossers but the shape and strength of this T-Smile flosser works well on my right upper quadrant. I can only floss between six teeth before the string shreds. My 10 year old grandson finds this to be an easier flosser to use than the Reach. I'm just glad he's flossing with anything.Original Review:If your selection is based on cost, I'd buy these. They are about seven cents a head cheaper than the Listerine refills for the Reach handle. If your selection is based on floss toughness, these are stronger but they are also fatter and harder to use with closely spaced teeth. If your selection is based on ease of use, I'd buy the Reach handle and Listerine heads. I can use this flosser but not as easily. The thickness of the thread makes it more difficult for me to floss my tightly spaced teeth. Because the fit is tight, I bruise my lips trying to get the floss in and it often hits my gum hard. The heads are also harder to unattach when you are done flossing.I attached three photos comparing the longer Reach flosser with the TSmile. If you have normal teeth, this is probably a good option. For tightly spaced teeth, I recommend Reach.Addendum: I'm using the Tsmile on my upper right quadrant where my teeth are the tightest spaced. The shape of the flosser works well on this quadrant and the strength of the floss lets me complete that quadrant without breaking. It breaks before I complete the rest of the top teeth. Then I use the Reach to do the rest, although it is prone to breaking also, in which case I switch to an extra-strong Gum flosser to finish. It costs me about me about $7.50 a month to floss my teeth but a root canal costs around $1000 so I'm good with that.2 Month Addendum: I have found that the T-smile flosser is more likely to break and leave floss stuck between my teeth than Reach. The T-smile generally breaks after 6 very tightly spaced teeth and I have to remove the stuck floss with the Reach flosser. On the other hand, I sometimes find Reach heads that are too loose to use while the T-smile flossers are consistently tight.

Game Changer!
For someone who has issues with an easy gag reflex, this flosser is a game changer!!!! I don't dread flossing anymore, because I can reach my back teeth without having to stick half my hand in my mouth. The head stays in for the whole process until I remove it, unlike my last flosser, from the big name mouthwash brand, in which the head frequently popped out. This is a very affordable product, and very well worth it!I highly recommend this for anyone who hates to floss like me! And anyone else for that matter!Thankyou T- Smile,And John Dean for this great flosser!!!

Recommend with caution
I am very pleased with this product as it effectively meets my needs and is user-friendly. However, I would like to emphasize that this product should not be used by children aged 13 and under, as there may be instances where it can become detached, posing a choking hazard. I have personally encountered this issue, as well as with a senior individual aged 70. Despite this concern, I will continue to purchase this product, but I recommend exercising caution during use.VENDORS KEEP NOTICE OF THIS.ME:::::::

Comparison with Oral B
Pros:Handle:I appreciate that Tsmile dental floss comes with a handle. It’s ergonomic, making it comfortable and easy to use, especially for reaching the back teeth.Floss:The floss itself is impressively durable. Tsmile claims it’s extra strength, and they didn’t lie—it doesn’t break easily, which is a significant plus.Eco-Friendly:A notable advantage of Tsmile is its refillable design, which leads to less plastic consumption. This eco-friendly feature is a great step towards reducing environmental impact.Cons:Floss:However, the floss is a bit too thin for my liking. It doesn’t glide as smoothly between my teeth compared to Oral B Glide floss, which is a notable downside for me.Comparison with Oral B Glide:In terms of cleaning effectiveness, I find that Oral B Glide floss is still superior to Tsmile. It’s thicker and glides more smoothly, making the flossing experience more pleasant and efficient.Price:Another factor to consider is the price. Tsmile dental floss is more expensive, costing $0.08 per floss, whereas Oral B Glide floss costs $0.05 per floss. This makes Oral B Glide not only better in terms of performance but also more cost-effective.Overall, while Tsmile has some good qualities, particularly with the handle, the strength of the floss, and its refillable, eco-friendly design, Oral B Glide remains my preferred choice for a smoother and more economical flossing experience.
