These (and the chocolate ones) are the best-tasting nutrition bars I've even had. And they don't have much sugar, so they're only 90 calories each. HOWEVER, they give me gas so badly I can't eat them if I'm not going to be home the next day! I still eat them when I can, but I'm so disappointed about the downside.I bought these in quality on sale, so they cost less than $1 each.

It is tasty and not too sweet. i have it with my coffee and it is perfect, only 2 points on Weight Watchers diet.

Surprisingly filling for such a small bar. The strawberry flavor is the perfect balance if tangy and sweet. It is the perfect solution to a sweet craving.I have incorporated this bar into my diet twice a day for the past few months. As part of a high protein diet it has helped me to shed 16 pounds without ever feeling like I had to sacrifice taste or indulgence.

A lot of people complain these taste bad. They do. This flavor is the best tasting out of the rest and I would insist not buying the other flavors since this one is tolerable when hungry.
