They should have the slats further apart and then it would spread the clothes further down and it would work much better. So after saying that, I just used this on my husbands side of the closet where everything was packed so tight, hangers were getting overlapped by other hangers. Since the slats are not far apart, the clothes still take up a good amount of space, though I do like these because they keep the hangers from overlapping & we did gain some room. I could probably now add another 18 shirts (3 more of these hangers) so in a closet that was not able to fit another hanger before doing this, you can now fit at least another 18 shirts (6 shirts per hanger) I am not giving it 5 stars because the slats are too close together.

These organizers are worth every penny. They hook perfectly onto the rod in my closet, and the individual slots are big enough for me to fit two standard plastic hangers in each, doubling their space saving value! Would buy again in a heartbeat :)

Great quality product I must say, but for the reason I bought it for (more space) it didn't do much for me. At first I was impressed but by the time I put all my clothes on the hooks, I only got maybe 4 inches of additional space. Unsatisfied. would only recommend for closets at 75% capacity.

These hangers are amazing! We had to downsize for a year due to school and lost a lot of closet space. These things helped out tremendously. They are pretty heavy duty but I would play it safe and hang light to medium weight items. I would stay away form heavier items like large coats and jeans.

Although it does "work" it makes my closet space look clumpy and definitly not organized. I bought a few of these. They aren't all that bad truthfully I just don't like the way it makes it look messy. I bought this because I have tons of clothes but I'll have to figure something else out. They did ship on time and and it does do what it says once again the presentation in the closet is why I gave it a 3

Very sturdy! It can definitely add additional space to any closet. After using 4 of the metal hangers, I was able to free up almost half of my closet space. I will definitely order this again! Just bought more!

great product for space saving in a small closet. all you have to do is hang these up and than hang your cloths on them and let one sid drop so they are hanging down.great space saver.

I bought so many of these hangers, because they are so amazing. They save so much space and make everything look very organized. One came a slightly different color but that is not a big deal. Their usefulness in terms of organization can't be beat!
