These buttons work great. Used them for my arcade1up build and couldn't be happier. Was originally worried about wiring everything up correctly with the old configuration but now that they switched it to a single 3 pin connector, it couldn't be easier. Had all the buttons in my control board and wired up within a half hour. Just make sure all your buttons are matching up on the encoders and you will have no issues.

Good price, great color combo. Was concerned that it would be complicated with the tiny one page manual, but all you need to do is look at a simple diagram, and within minutes, you'll know what to do. It's shockingly easy actually! Good responsive service! Now I need to drill more holes in this acrylic box I purchased from another company. That was the mistake I made - should have bought a wooden one with more pre-drilled holes.

Great product. Only complaint is that green and yellow buttons did have option to get green and yellow joystick ball top.

Seller has since changed the images, but this set showed yellow & green ball tops to match the yellow & green buttons. Instead they shipped red & blue ball tops. Next it said & showed 4x connectors on each button but seller changed to 3-pin connectors. No way to not have the LEDs light up. Also not compatible with 2-pin cables for player/coin buttons to share the same encoder board. Returned.

These are fine. The joysticks are pretty loose so you'll want to replace the springs, but I would buy these 100 times over before I bought another set from EG Starts. They are the worst...the ball tops sometimes don't fit the joysticks and the buttons always stick. NEVER buy EG Starts joysticks...

Be aware that Hikig updated the wiring without changing the listing. The buttons are now 3pin connectors with no other wiring for LED. They light up with the 3pin. While it is easier to wire it up, it is not compatible with other buttons now unless you are willing to splice your own wires. Also the ball tops I received were blue&red and didn't match the yellow/green buttons.

I've ordered a ton of these from Amazon. All the buttons and joystick worked well, never had any issues with them.

I really like this kit. It’s very easy to setup and the joysticks are 100x better than stock Arcade 1up. Only issue so far after 3 months is a few heavily played buttons begin to squeak. It’s minor but it gets annoying. With that said for a cheaper starter set you can’t go wrong!
