Got this pool in sooner than I expected. Everything was as it stated in the ad. I got it all put up and up and water half way up. Noticed a leak and was upset. Called customer service (Amazon). Told them about it and they seen I really did have a leak and wasn’t my fault. Got my money back the next day. My friend got the same pool same as I did. Thru Amazon. She didn’t have any issues so I have to say it was just a mishap that I got a bad one. I reordered and had no problems

I purchases a 20x52x46..I had a company come out level the area, for installation, they used a BOB CAT to ensure a good flat surface, then the put down 3 tons of masonry sand, covered that with the pad that came with the pool...GOOD TO GO BEAUTIFUL, I filled it no problem I love, love,love it..

Easy to install and practical for small kids. It’s not big and not that small either. And it looks durable since it have the pole and is thick enough for the kids even if they play rough.

Took some time to set up but seems okay for the one-fifty price tag. Instructions were not clear and setup took a couple hours if uou take your time. (Besides filling it). During filling, you gotta keep adjusting it and smoothing out any wrinkles in the bottom. I have a pice that I can’t figure out where it goes - (white plastic part in the pictures) . Also the filter return connection at the edge of the pool pops off easily. I’ll try to get a metal clamp or something. I bought this with the intention of trashing it after the season, but I may drain and store it depending on how well it holds up. No ladder included with mine. I think it’s the 12ft x 30in. Came with filter and pump and hardware.

I was worried, special Directions.on were to put it.when delivered. 2 Lil girls had a hack of a time putting where it needed to be. The box was all torn up. The warehouse used a forkliftBecause it was heavy. But when we put it together Nothing was damaged. Looks great

We put up this pool on Mother’s Day 2025. Fairly easy took about 1.5 hours to assemble. There was 3 of us. Well worth the money!

My family and I absolutely love our new pool. No damage to package upon arrival. Super easy set up. I would definitely recommend 😊 We purchased the 12x30. Once the pool filled up it looked amazing.

Easy to a symbol. Liner and poles are very tough. Beautiful blue liner.
