Excellent for slightly lower ABV country style fruit wines

Safale s-04 is a great yeast. I've never had an issue with infection. It produces a great beer. Ferments well and adds some great character to it.

A Good Choice For Brewing Ginger Ale
Worked well for me. These might appear a bit "spendy" but it typically only takes a tsp per gallon. I closed the remaining yeast tightly with a clip and refrigerated until I needed it for the next gallon.
