Moveable cutlery tray
The machine seems to clean well so far & I only use own brand dishwasher tabs. It’s pretty quiet & although I haven’t timed a run, it seems efficient enough. My favourite part is the cutlery tray being able to slide anywhere along the front row to accommodate what I’m loading around it.It’s the small things haha!We are a family of 3. I always hand wash the pots/greasy things so it’s actually hard to fill up & I was wishing I had a full size before it was installed.

Complicated set up, and has now stopped working correctly, as it is not heating the water up enough.
After 3 weeks stopped heating water correctly. 4 engineer visits later yet another failed part found. Beko refused refund as machine was over a month old, despite problems started in first month and never resolved. AO ,who supplied machine stepped in and accepted machine fault and after buying another different machine from them, they are resolving the issue by removing this machine and fitting new one. Disgusted at Beko, and will never buy another thing from them.

Slim design but doesn't always wash first time
PROS- Nice design and features- very slimline- modular interiorCONS- often fails to wash something, and this is nothing to do with cleaning the rotator arms.

Good cleaning and drying
My previous AEG had finally died, the Beko was a Which recommendation and works really well. Glasses nice and shiny and even plastic containers are properly dry. Only points against are the complicated way of adjusting the water softness and there being no way, if it's on a quiet part of the wash cycle, to tell if it's finished without opening the door.

Try not to upset customers, give better all round instructions
It’s early days yet to see how this machine performs as it was only installed yesterday. What a fiasco, the instructions are diabolical and it was only the dogged persistence of our man that it did get fitted. Also the decor panel was another issue, it would have helped if the door fixing kit had been included. However it’s now installed but I can’t fathom out the water softener instructions- does this machine have that function or not? I will persevere but so far am not impressed. Not so Happy.

PLATES DON’T FIT
Both our standard sized Sainsbury’s and Denby dinner plates are too tall for bottom drawer - they prevent the the arms fixed to the underside of the top drawer from spinning - and don’t fit in the top drawer. Such a disappointing and fundamental design flaw!
