Good candy but they are a bit expensive for what you get. But they are fresh and taste good

These are like eating a mouthful of frosting with a faint anise flavor, they do not taste or chew like licorice. Gustaf’s is much better in my opinion as they contain some coconut in the colored parts, are chewy and taste like licorice. These by Darrell Lea are nasty. I tried two colors and have thrown the rest in the trash.

One star was lost on the value of the Darryl Lea's allsorts.However, after trying the other brands offered, I will buy these again. I plan to splurge to buy at greater volume for less cost per ounce, about half the cost of a single 7oz package.Unlike all others, these arrived well packaged and were fresh. Each candy piece is a fair amount larger than most and are uniform in shape and size. Other brands were stale and hard to bite into. I also was THRILLED that this product does NOT contain the black licorice jelly nonpareils. I am not a fan.Other reviews here were negative. Hopefully, my order was good because the powers that be read the reviews and made improvements. We can only hope.

I have ordered 2 bags in the past couple of weeks and both were good. They might not be as soft as some would like, but they are still delicious, so delicious that I'm purchasing a 3rd bag tonight.

This was very stale when I received it. They were hard, way too hard to eat. I will not purchase again. Gave a star for prompt delivery!

Absolutely delicious! This is the best licorice candy I've ever had. They are soft, sweet, and have tons of flavor.
