COVERGIRL & Olay Simply Ageless Instant Wrinkle-Defying Foundation, Creamy Natural 0.44 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I am sure many of us ladies have to run out of home and have no time to put makeup on... But this covergirl makeup is perfect for a quick application and or touchup throughout the day. It is very light on the face, it feels so smooth and you could also apply a little bit more by adding a little bit more of a layer on to make it a full face make up look. I sometimes set aside and skip my other expensive foundations all together and prefer to put this makeup on. It honestly applies on so smooth and can even make you look like you have had a perfect restful nights worth of sleep. I love it!!

This foundation with sunscreen has become my daily go-to! It offers just the right amount of coverage to even out my skin tone while still looking natural. I love that it includes SPF—it saves me a step in my routine and gives me peace of mind when I’m out in the sun. It feels lightweight, doesn’t clog my pores, and blends smoothly with both brushes and sponges. Bonus: no white cast or greasy finish like some SPF products have. Great for anyone looking for makeup and sun protection in one!

I’m in love!!! I got the ivory and it matches my skin exactly. I’m fair with pink undertones and some freckles. It’s not yellow at all, which is great! I wanted something with decent coverage to even out my skin tone but not heavy and this is perfect! Living in Florida I needed something that is lighter than what I was using because it would feel greasy in the heat. This is perfect for me with this heat!

The foundation itself is not bad. It applies very smoothly and is moisturizing. However, I do notice that it leaves your skin looking a bit shiny due to the extra moisture of Olay. Depending on your skin type, you may need to apply a powder to tone down the shine. Also, the container/compact is a disaster. The part where the actual product is has a screw top and I keep dropping the lid once I’ve unscrewed it. The sponge applicator is in the flip top section which makes no sense. They should have put it the other way around or design a completely different compact for easier one step access. The way it’s designed now, you need to flip the lid on one side, take the sponge out, then shut the lid, flip it to the other side, then unscrew the top, set the lid down or drop it like I do ;), then apply your makeup and reverse the process to put it away. Whew! I’m going to stick to my Covergirl AquaSmooth which comes in a sensible compact with a mirror and no loose lids. Also, no shiny skin. I do have to say that the Olay Simply Ageless does come with a nicer sponge applicator.

Purchased with trepidation after watching Robert Welsh review it. But as much as the top of the line foundations cost, what could I possibly have to lose?I was as amazed as he was! Now in my Top 5 foundations. Right up there with Dior and Lancome, Fenty, Huda and Haus. Sorry Dior, the humble high school brand has knocked you out of the top 5.

This foundation works better than the expensive brands I would not buy another foundation ever, it's a must try for women 50 years young!!!! I love this foundation! I used to use Shideido foundations, but the one I used was discontinued. I'm so happy I found this formula. It has medium coverage and very moisturizing. And it's a fraction of the price! I hope they never discontinue this!

I love the product, however, after prying, twisting, using gripping tools and everything I could think of to twist it open, even after watching videos on how to open it, I finally used a hammer to smash at the shatterproof container enough to loosen the seal. That was a very a frustrating experience. I've read that others have the same problem when I asked the question about how to open it.
