Great product, great customer service!
I really like so many of the features of this product, but then after having it installed for just 4 days, there appeared a broken hinge with a whole big chunk missing. Of course I had thrown the stupid box away, so I thought I was stuck. But after communicating with the seller via Amazon, and sending a picture of the defect, which had happened during shipping, the seller sent a replacement and I did not have to find and purchase a box to send it back!That said, I am loving this topper, although it is not a custom fit, it looks great, functions as it should, and is very strong. Now when I make a run to a certain store where I tend to “stock up” there is plenty of cargo space. Having the truck bed covered will be great when going camping also, so there will be no gear left behind! I am going to love it! I highly recommend it!

The style is nice, a corner piece was broken but returns are difficult and costly so we are using it as is. It does leak, we had one bag get soaked. We keep everything in leak proof containers now

Fantastic product for Ford F150 Lightning Lariat 2023

Sturdy
This Tonneau Cover was very easy to set up! The construction is very sturdy and does exactly what its meant to do. The box it came in had very easy instructions to put together. Doesn't take very long to do the initial set up and removal is easy to do it all by myself! Great purchase!

Nice, but falling apart.
The cover is looks nice and was leak free, but the foam pads that seal the corners have fallen off. I have not even had this product for a year and it is falling apart. It would be nice if they offered spare foam to repair the failing pieces.

Received as expected. Installed easily and functional as expected. One small sealing issue, and I must say the customer service was absolutely blue ribbon!

Poor fit and no company website for warranty
This never fit my truck well, but it was functional. Now, the retentive part where the claps go in has warped so it no longer locks down. It's within the 3 year warranty, but I've spent two days trying to find the manufacturer web site and it does not exist. No customer service, it's like they claim the warranty, but don't want you to find them when it is needed.
