This pan worked out well for what I needed. Great for brownies, cupcakes, muffins, egg bites, etc!

Believe it or not, I purchased this pan via a link on social media. Someone I follow posted asking about preferences for brownies, inside piece or edge piece. I have always preferred the corner pieces, so when another person posted the Amazon link to this product I checked it out and ordered.A couple observations, the pan is fairly good size and a box of brownie mix fills each compartment about 2/3 full if you fill all sections. In my first try with this pan I found that the box instructions were still about right in terms of cook time. Also, the brownies produced did not rise enough to get the crusty corner piece edges that I was looking for. I will need to experiment with how full to fill each section to get the result I desire.The only negative, and this is why I gave 4 stars, is the construction of the pan. it is a top piece with individual sections each attached to the underside of the top piece. I cannot tell how it is attached, there is no obvious indication of welding so I am left to wonder about it's durability. This construction also leaves small crevices on the top where food particles can embed themselves making getting it completely clean difficult. I rarely use a dishwasher, but that may be the only way to get this pan fully cleaned after use.Despite the negatives I am quite happy with this pan and will continue using it to try and produce my perfect brownie!

Everyone want the corner brownies, now we have nothing but corners! They work really well, but make sure you something soft to get them out with. Don't let them get scratched! When they get scratched, they start sticking.

Brownies turned out great and easy to remove from pan

Made the best brownies ever. Just spray pan with olive oil before baking, after baking just flip the pan over, drum the bottom- the brownies literally fall out, easy peasy.
