It's best to check with your doctor before taking. Some supplements don't do well with prescribed medications .Turmaic will stain your fingers and clothes PJs & so on . I think it smells but , I smell all chemicals in food soap, bread .It's pretty pricey .You can get the same product for less @ Walmarts. The seal is good keeping it air tight.The benefits help humans support gastrointestinal , digestion and improve kidney functions.and other important hormones in our body .Check your thyroid make sure it's functionaing well.Rememberthe our thyroid control every organ and system.in our body.
